Football training Diary

Day 1 - Tests

In our first session we had to run tests beforehand to have something to compare his progress against. 

Day 1 - Dribbling

Working on improving your dribbling skills so you can beat any player.

Day 2 - Passing

Continued development of your passing to perfect your technique.

Day 3 - Control

Improving your ability to receive the ball with control and poise.

Day 4 - Shooting

Developing shooting technique so you can start banging in those long range shots.

Day 5 - Skills

Learn the skills to leave defenders for dead. 

Day 6 - Game play

Here we work on developing our understanding of how to apply our skills during a game
